LeaveWizard's dashboard is designed to speed up all common tasks. LeaveWizard also allows you to set up approvers and secondary approvers so you can establish a process to suit your company's needs. In addition you can specify unlimited leave or absence types with configurable visibility.
LeaveWizard has it's own Outtlook like calendar and will also synchronise your leave and absence events with your company's Outlook or Google calendars. We will also send email notifications every time someone requests or approves leave or has been nominated for cover.
Our calendar views and charts provide quick insight into who's on leave and when within departments, custom groups, the entire organisation or even individually. Our reports are customisable and filter rich. Both charts and reports allow you to export the data to CSV/Excel and print.
LeaveWizard lets you specify the patterns/shifts that your employees work. There's no restriction to the length or the number of patterns you can create. Leave requests then respect these patterns and durations and allowances are calculated accordingly.

LeaveWizard allows you to specify unlimited number of locations and each of them has it's own specific settings. These include - location specific public holiday or company days or events calendars, work patterns/shifts, time zones and maximum number of staff on leave.
The locations feature within LeaveWizard will help you configure the system to match your organisation's structure and apply location specific settings and rules.
While organisational structure is great to have, sometimes you may need to group employees from different teams or group together teams and apply leave restriciton or visibility rules.
For that purpose we support custom groups and we regularily add more options to the type of rules you can apply.
A basic room booking functionality is built into LeaveWizard so you don't have to configure and use yet another system.
Our room booking comes with the ability to control who can book or view room bookings as well as integration of the room bookings with Outlook and Google calendar (or any other iCal client).
